Current Practice:

Criminal Cases- I have handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in Wise and the surrounding Counties including felony and misdemeanor trials.

Civil Cases- I represent several local businesses and, during the past seven years, Ihave represented local folks regarding car accidents, deceptive trade, contracts, and many other types of civil matters.

Family Law- I represent people in divorce, custody, and enforcement actions.

Child Protective Services (CPS)- I serve as both an advocate for the children as well as for the parents of children who are currently in the care of the State of Texas.
